The players of Team India are currently in much discussion. Be it divorce talks or poor performances or retirements…India suffered a humiliating defeat in the recently concluded Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Then the discussion that some senior players of the team will take retirement after the Sydney Test also gained momentum. Amidst all this, the team's star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja's Insta story has again started a discussion in social media.

Indian cricket team's veteran all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja posted on Instagram that his fans were surprised. And after his teammate Ashwin, now discussions have also started about Jadeja's retirement. In fact, Jadeja posted a photo of his Test jersey on Instagram. Usually players share it on their debut or in the last match, so after Jadeja suddenly shared it, it started a thread of discussion everywhere.

The place in the Champions Trophy is undecided India has a very busy schedule this year. The timing of Jadeja's post, then, makes the matter even more interesting. In the series starting from January 22, Team India will play five T20Is and three ODIs against England. The team will then play the Champions Trophy in Dubai under a hybrid hosting model. The squad for the upcoming series is expected to be announced soon and Jadeja's inclusion or exclusion may provide more clarity on his future. Then according to some media reports, there is a debate about the place of Akshar Patel, Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar in the team. In which the place of Akshar and Sundar is considered to be almost fixed. While the third spinner will be Kuldeep Yadav. If Ravindra Jadeja is not picked in the team then, his white ball career will almost be considered to have come to an end. Amidst all these reports, Jadeja's Instagram story is also buzzing with speculation that he will only be seen playing in Tests now.

Bapu's Insta story left everyone confused Jaddu's Instagram story left many people confused as to what it meant. Some took it as a sign that Jadeja was considering retirement from Test or ODI cricket. When one user commented, “Any clue?” The post comes after Jadeja retired from T20Is following India's World Cup win in June last year. However, currently the team's star all-rounder is active in ODI and Test cricket.
