World No. 2 Alexander Zverev has reached the semi-finals of the Australian Open men's singles for the second time. He defeated America's Tommy Paul in the quarterfinals played on Tuesday.

Badosa in the semi-finals for the first time Spain's Paula Badosa booked her place in the semi-finals of the Australian Open by defeating world number three Coco Gough in the quarter-finals on Tuesday. Badosa defeated Goff in straight sets. The Spanish player won the match 7-5, 6-4. Badosa has reached the Slam semifinals for the first time in her career. She became the first Spanish female player to do so since Garbine Muguruza in Melbourne in 2020.

The other semi-final will be played between Djokovic-Alcarez 10-time Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic of Serbia will face Carlos Alcarez in the quarter-finals.
