GSFA President Parimal Nathwani honored the owners of the six franchise teams participating in GSL Season 2 at an official program on Friday. During the program, Parimal Nathwani also unveiled the official GSL Trophy and Team Jersey.

Six franchise teams who compete for the GSL title are as follows:

Parimal Nathwani said, “Gujarat Super League is entering its second season and it is a pleasure for me to be a testimony. I thank all the team owners for maintaining their dedication and investment in the development of franchise -based football in Gujarat. It was not possible to make the initial season a success that the game of football in Gujarat is currently going through an important phase of its popularity and development. “

GSFA's Honorary Secretary Mulraj Singh Chudasama expressed optimism for his match in the second season of GSL and expressed his hope for the future expansion and size of the league. Coincidentally, GSFA has also been constantly supporting the Sports Authority of Gujarat (SAG) and Gujarat Tourism.

In the GSL Season 2, players outside the state who have previously participated in the top national-level tournament like I-League and Santosh Trophy will now see a higher level of competitiveness. As part of the strategic initiative to connect the youth class of viewers and widespread its appeal with GSL, GSFA has decided that students under the age of 18 will be given free admission with their parents.
