Yesterday, 'King Kohli' announced his retirement from Test cricket, today the cricketer arrived in Vrindavan to meet Premanandji Maharaj with his wife Anushka Sharma. Early in the morning he visited the Kelly Kunj Ashram.

Virat and Anushka spoke to Premanand Maharaj for about 15 minutes. Both stayed at Kelly Kunj Ashram for 2 hours and 20 minutes. The cricketer arrived in the Innova car at 7:20 am with his wife. Virat-Anushka sat in the car wearing a mask. Both of them saw the work of Premanand Maharaj's monastery and realized. This was Virat Kohli's third visit to Vrindavan.

Earlier, he arrived in Vrindavan on January 4, 2023 and 10 January 2025. Virat Kohli announced his retirement from Test cricket on Monday. Kohli wrote on Instagram – Test Cricket has tested me, shaped me, taught me the lessons that I will remember for a lifetime.

Virat Kohli has played 123 Test matches. He scored 30 centuries and 31 half centuries. Virat has scored 7 double centuries. He was selected as the Test Player of the Year in 2017 and 2018.

Satsang heard for about 15 minutes

'How should we live in failure?' On January 10, 2025, Virat-Anushka came to meet Premanand Maharaj with both children. The two had a spiritual discussion for about 30 minutes. Anushka sought blessings for devotion from Premanand Maharaj.

Then during the conversation, Virat asked- How to overcome failure. Maharaj said- Keep studying, victory is certain. Proceed with constant and control your study. Just as taking the name of God is a sadhana for me, cricket is a sadhana for you. Keep the name of God at times.

Anushka asked – the last time we came, I had some questions in my mind, but I couldn't ask. I talk to you in my mind. Whatever questions in my mind, someone used to ask them. Premanand Maharaj said-Shreeji, he will manage. Most importantly, we are giving people happy by doing sadhana. Anushka said- Just give me love and devotion. Maharaj said- I think devotion will have a special effect on you. There is nothing beyond devotion.

As I'm moving away from this format, it is not easy, but it seems right right now. I have given my everything and he has given me more than I expected.

I am grateful to everyone who supports me for the game, for the people on the field and on this trip. I will always see my test career with a smile. He wrote his jersey number '269' and 'Signing of'.

BCCI thanked Virat Kohli. The board wrote- an era has ended in Test cricket, but the legacy will continue. His contribution to Team India will always be remembered.
