Prior to the final of the IPL 2025, ICC chairman and former BCCI Secretary Jay Shah met UEFA Chairman Alexander Seperin in Munich. The visit took place two days before the Champions League final between Inter Milan and Paris Saint-German. The final will be played at Alianz Arena on June 1. The final match will be played between Inter Milan and Paris Saint-German.
Jay Shah said the purpose of the meeting was to strengthen cricket and maintain its reach worldwide. There are huge cricket fans in the world. Millions of people look closely at their favorite players' matches, tournaments and careers. Nevertheless, many parts of Europe are where cricket has not yet become very popular.
