Indian badminton player Saina Nehwal informed her husband and badminton player Parupalli Kashyap (P. Kashyap) on Sunday night. He wrote in his Instagram story, 'After a lot of thought, Kashyap and I have decided to separate.'
Saina wrote, 'Life sometimes takes us in different directions. We are choosing peace and uplift for each other. I am grateful for all the memories with him and wish him the best for the future. Thank you for understanding and respecting us. '
Saina Nehwal had a love marriage with Kashyap Parupalli on December 14, 2018. Both have been in a relationship since 2007. However, they have known each other since 2005. In the early days of his career, the two were training together at Gopichand Academy in Hyderabad.
At around 11am on Sunday night, Saina informed Instagram to separate her husband.
Saina-Kaship organized a reception party in Hyderabad Saina P.K. Kashyap married his house in Hyderabad. Only family and close friends were present at the wedding. The duo organized their wedding reception party at the Novotel Hotel in Hyderabad on December 16, 2018.

Saina wore a blue velvet lehenga designed by fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Kashyap was wearing a handful of embroidered silk blue. In a tweet, Sabyasachi shared the details of the clothing of the couple.
At the reception, Saina wore a blue lehenga and her husband wore a blue share.
Saina is the first Indian badminton player to win the Olympic Medal.
Saina Nehwal, a resident of Haryana, is the first Indian badminton player to win the Olympic Medal. He won the bronze medal for India at the London Olympic-2012. She was the world's No.1 player in the women's singles rankings in 2015.
