Wes Pace, the father of the great tennis player Leander Pace, died at the age of 80. They were suffering from Parkinson's disease. He was rushed to a hospital in Kolkata on Tuesday morning.

He also tried his hand in many games like football, cricket and rugby. He was also a doctor in the Sports Medicine Department. He worked in the anti -doping department of BCCI for many years.
