Bangladeshi player Mahmudullah has retired from international cricket. On Wednesday, Mahmudullah announced his retirement on social media platform Facebook. 39 -year -old Mahmudullah has retired from Test in 2021 and T20 in 2024. He played a total of 430 international matches.
Mahmudullah is the fourth among the highest scorers in ODIs from Bangladesh. He scored 5689 runs at an average of 36.46, including 4 centuries and 32 half centuries. Mushfiqur Rahim, Shakib Al Hasan and Tamim Iqbal have scored more than Mahmudullah in ODIs for Bangladesh.
