Delhi Capital defeated Mumbai Indians by 3 wickets in the second match of the Woman's Women's Premier League (WPL). Delhi on Saturday chose to bowl at Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara. The Mumbai team was all out for 164 runs in 19.1 overs. In reply, Delhi chase the target by losing 8 wickets in 20 overs.
Natalie Sewer Brunt from Mumbai scored 80 and captain Harmanpreet Kaur scored 42. Haley Mathews and Amelia Care took 2-2 wickets. Shefali Verma scored 43 and Nikki Prasad 35 from Delhi. Annabel Sutharland took 3 and Shikha Pandey took 2 wickets.
