England Under-19 beat India by one wicket: Captain Thomas Riyu scored 131 runs; Series 1-1 OK

England defeated India's under-19 team in the second Youth ODI by one wicket. With this win, England made the five-match ODI series 1-1. India won the first match.

In the match played in Northompton on Monday, the Indian team batted first and scored 290 for 10 in 49 overs. Vihan Malhotra scored the highest 49. In reply, England lost 291 runs in 49.3 overs and won the match.

Captain Ayush Mhatre returned to the pavilion without opening an account Indian captain Ayush Mhatre was out on the first ball. Alex French bowled it. Despite the bad start, the luxury Suryavanshi and Vihan Malhotra took the innings. India's second wicket fell 69 runs. Suryavanshi was dismissed for 45 off 35 balls. Vihan was also out on a 119 -run score. He scored 49 off 68 balls.

After this, Maularaj Singh Chawda and Abhinaj Kundu tried to handle the innings. Chawdan bowled Alex Green. He was dismissed for 22 off 43 balls while Kundu returned to the pavilion with 4 fours off 41 balls.

Rahul Kumar and Kanishka Chauhan also helped India to reach 290 runs. Rahul scored 47 off 47 balls and Kanishka Chauhan scored 45 off 40 balls. Alex French took the highest 4 wickets from England while Jack Home and Alex Green took 3-3 wickets.

Vihan Malhotra faced 68 balls and scored 49.

Captain Thomas Ryu's Winning Century England captain Thomas Ryu scored a century while chasing the target of 291 runs leading the team to victory. He scored 131 off 89 balls. England had earlier lost 3 wickets for 47 runs, followed by Thomas Riyu and Rocky Flintoff innings.

The two shared 123 off 128 balls for the fourth wicket. Rocky Flintoff scored 39 off 68 balls. In addition, Joseph Morse scored 13 runs, Ralfi Albert 18 runs, Jack Home 3 runs and Alex Green 12 runs.

RS Ambarish took 4 wickets from India while Hanil Patel and warjit Guha took 2-2 wickets. In addition, Kanishka Chauhan took a wicket.

Thomas Ryu and Rocky Flintoff shared 123 off 128 balls.
