Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) beat Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by 7 wickets in the first match of the IPL. KKR gave the RCB a target of 175 runs with the help of captain Ajinkya Rahane's fifty runs on Saturday. In reply, Virat Kohli scored an unbeaten 59 off 22 balls, giving his team a victory.
