India beat England by 142 runs in the third ODI. Due to the brilliant century of Shubhman Gill in Ahmedabad, the team gave a target of 357 runs. The English team was all out for 214 in 34.2 overs.

1. Both teams wearing a green band in support of Angadan
During the toss, Indian captain Rohit Sharma and England captain Jose Butler came to the field wearing a green band in his hand. Recently, BCCI has launched a new initiative called “Donate organs, Save Life”. Through this initiative, BCCI is encouraging everyone to donate its organs to save the lives of needy people.
As part of this initiative, all the players from India and England came to Ahmedabad wearing a green band in their hands for the third ODI. New ICC Chairman Jay Shah said on February 10 that the initiative of Angadan will be launched during the third ODI between India and England in Ahmedabad.

2. Kohli got a lifeline, saved from run out
He survived when Virat Kohli scored 8 runs. He played 52 runs.
Virat Kohli got his life in the seventh over of the Indian innings. He survived the run out. Kohli played at the length ball mid-on of Shakib Mahmud and was out for a run.
Kohli reached half the pitch when Gill refused to take the run. In such a situation, Kohli had to return. There was a possibility of a run out here, but Phil Salt lost the opportunity. Kohli also hit two fours in a single over. He scored 52 runs.
3. Gill completed his century with fours
Shubhman Gill finished his century by scoring fours on the second ball of the 32nd over. Here Mark Wood threw a full length ball, which Gill scored for Long On. This was the seventh century of his ODI career.
4. Pandya hit 2 consecutive sixes on Rashid's ball
Hardik Pandya played 17 off 9 balls.
In the 41st over, Hardik Pandya hit two sixes against Adil Rashid. Hardik hit a six on the mid-off on the fourth and fifth ball of the over. However, Rashid bowled him clean on the second ball. Hardik was dismissed for 17 runs.

Opener Ben Duckett hit 4 fours in Arshadeep Singh's over. Here, Arshadeep, who threw the fourth over of the innings, threw all the balls of the over at the full length. However, Arshadeep caught Ben Ducket in the seventh over by captain Rohit Sharma.
6. Benton run out of run out
When he was relieved, Tom Benton was batting for 24.
