Virat Kohli arrived with his wife Anushka to see Wimbledon.
Former Indian captain Virat Kohli has praised the mental power of tennis players. He said that the pressure that tennis players play every week is similar to the pressure of the World Cup match or knockout match against Pakistan in India.
Kohli, who came to London to see the Wimbledon was also his wife Anushka Sharma, and he said this in a conversation with former tennis player Vijay Amritraj.
Tennis players face pressure well In an interview after the match, Virat Kohli said, “When we play against Pakistan in the World Cup or played in a big match like the semifinal and final, our feet are shaking.” But tennis players face such pressure in each match from the quarter -finals to the finals. He said that the fitness and mental strength of tennis players are admirable.
Virat Kohli attended Wimbledon for the second time. He had previously seen a Wimbledon match in 2015.
The difference between cricket and tennis Kohli said that both cricket and tennis have their own challenges. Sometimes you have to wait a long time to know when it comes to batting in cricket. In tennis you find out when the match is and when to go to court.
He said that the player has the opportunity to return, but in cricket, an error can make you out of the whole match. If you make a mistake in batting, you have to clap like an audience all day. But tennis players can win the match even after losing two sets.
There is more pressure on the Wimbledon court Kohli said that the atmosphere of the center court looks more stressful than the cricket stadium, as the audience is sitting very close. In cricket, when we bat, viewers are far away, so we live in our own world. But in the center court, there is more pressure due to the proximity of the viewers.
Hope for Novak Yokovich Kohli said he was in touch with Novak Yokovic and wanted him to win the 25th Grand Slam at this time. That said, my dream is that Yokovich and Carlos Alkarez face each other in the final and wins the Yokovic title. It deserves it and at the top of the Goat (greatest) discussion.
