Bengaluru police have taken this action against cricketer Virat Kohli's pub-restaurant. Police have registered a case against Kohli's One8 Commue Pub and Restaurant as there is no smoking zone. No statement has been issued by the cricketer or the restaurant in this regard.

There was no smoking zone in the pub Bengaluru's Kabban Park police have taken action against a total of 5 bars and restaurants during a special campaign, including Virat Kohli's One8 Commune pub and a restaurant. Police found that there was no smoking zone in the pub, so Suomoto has been registered for violating the provisions of cigarettes and other tobacco products Act (COTPA).

The pub continued until late The patrol police team had received a complaint that the One8 Commue Pub was open till late at night. When the police team arrived at the pub at 1:20 pm, it was discovered that the pub was also serving customers at that time, on which the FIR was registered.

Action against the pub for breaking the rules This is not the first time that any legal action has been taken against Kohli's pub. In July last year, a case was registered against the One8 Commue Pub and the Restaurant. In July 2024, an FIR was registered for violating the rules of closing time against the manager of the One8 Commue Pub. According to the FIR registered at Kabban Park Police Station, the One8 Commune pub located on Kasturba Road was open at 1:20 am after the closure of July 6 and was serving customers.
