Former Australian wicketkeeper-batter Matthew Wade will return to IPL as Assistant Coach. Wade joined the coaching staff of Gujarat Titans for IPL 2025. Wade gave this information on Sunday. He is going to join the IPL after 3 years. As a player, Matthew Wade was also part of the IPL champion in 2022.
Played 12 matches for Gujarat in 2022 and 2024 Matthew Wade played 12 IPL matches for Gujarat titles in 2022 and 2024. In which he scored a total of 161 runs. Wade retired from international cricket in October 2024. Shortly afterwards, he became part of Australia's coaching staff with Andre Borovak for the T20 series against Pakistan.
