India's Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra has tied the knot. Javelin thrower Neeraj posted 3 pictures from his wedding on social media late at 9.40 pm on Sunday. His wife Himani, mother Saroj Devi and the wedding hall were seen in the photo.

Neeraj wrote on social media, starting a new chapter of life with family. Neeraj Chopra won a silver medal in javelin during the Paris Olympics in September last year. He has also won a gold medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

While Neeraj won the silver medal at the Paris Olympics, the gold medal went to Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem. After the match, Neeraj's mother said, 'We are very happy, the one who won the gold is also my son.'

American magazine chose him as the athlete of the year Neeraj Chopra was declared the best male athlete in the world in 2024 by the American magazine 'Track and Field News'. Neerjan, who finished second in the Olympic Games in 2024, bagged the top spot in the California-based magazine's rankings. He was also in the running for the Laureus Sportsperson of the Year.
