Neeraj Chopra won the first title of the year: Through 88.16 m javelin throw in the Paris Diamond League; 3 out of 6 foul stayed

Two -time Olympic medalist Neeraj Chopra won the Paris Diamond League title. He ensured the victory by throwing 88.16 meters of throw in the first round. Earlier, he threw 90.23 meters and was in second place.

In the Paris Diamond League, Germany's Julian Webre finished second with the best throw of 87.88 meters. Brazil's Maurysio Luiz da Silva finished third with a throw of 86.62 meters.

Neeraj had three out of six throw foul Neeraj Chopra made his first throw 88.16 meters. He had three throw fouls. In the first round, Trinidad and Tobago's Weber (87.88 m) and Kashorn Walcott (80.94 m) were second. Second Round- Webger threw 86.20 meters while Neeraj threw 85.10 m and Walcoat was thrown 81.66 meters.

After this, Neeraj fouled three consecutive times. In the sixth and last attempt, he was able to throw only 82.89 meters. Even after this, Neeraj managed to win the Paris Diamond League's Javelin Throw Event. In the third round, Da Silva threw 86.62 meters and realized his presence. Webre tried hard by throwing 83.13 meters in the fourth round and 84.50 meters in the fifth round, but could not cross the 88 meter figure.

Based on these points, a person gets a place in the last Diamond League of the year. The final is held there. Neeraj has 15 points so far and is number one jointly with Julian Weber. The importance of this victory also increases because Neeraj did not participate in the Paris Diamond League to focus on the Olympic Games last year. At the Olympics, he won the Silver Medal with a throw of 89.45 meters.

What is the Diamond League? The Demang League is an athletics (track and field) tournament that includes 16 athletics events (men and women). It is held every year in various cities around the world.

The Diamond League Athletics category is held every year from May to September and the season ends with the Diamond League final. The number of competitions in the Diamond League season is usually 14, including the final, but this number sometimes varies.

At each event, the top 8 players get points, the first -ranked player gets 8 points and the 8th ranked player gets one point. After 13 events, all players are considered points. Players who are ranked in the top 10 locations are ranked in the Diamond League final. The winning player gets the Diamond League winner's trophy and cash prize.
