Pant Retired Hurt, injured by Vox Yorker: Jaiswal's bat breaks, India lost the 14th toss; Rahul-Rishabh completed 1000 runs in England; Moments-Records

The fourth Test of Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy is being played in Manchester between India and England. Team India lost the toss for the first time on the first day of the match on Wednesday. Rishabh Pant was injured while batting, which led to his retirement hurt.

At the Old Trafford Stadium, the stands were named after former Indian wicketkeeper Farooq Engineer and West Indies World Cup winner Captain Clive Lloyd. The two started the match by playing a bell. Rahul and Pant also completed 1000 Test runs in England.

Stand made in the name of Farooq Engineer and Clive Lloyd The stand of the Old Trafford Stadium was named after former Indian wicketkeeper Farooq Engineer and former West Indies captain Clive Lloyd. The two started the match by playing bells at the stadium. Lloyd helped the West Indies win the ODI World Cup in 1975 and 1979. The engineer played 46 Tests and 5 ODIs for India. He had more than 13 thousand first class runs.

2. India defeated the toss for the 14th consecutive time Team India lost the 14th toss in international cricket. England captain Ben Stokes won all four tosses of the series. India had earlier lost all the toss in the Champions Trophy. The team won the last toss during the T20 match against England in Rajkot. The West Indies first lost the highest toss in international cricket in 1999. The Caribbean team lost 12 consecutive toss.

Shubhman Gill has not won a single toss in the Test so far.

3. Anshul Kamboj debuted Anshul Kamboj had the opportunity to debut from India. Former cricketer Deep Dasgupta gave him a test cap. He became the 318th player to play Test for India. Camboj had a chance in Playing-11 instead of Akashdeep. Kamboj has achieved 10 wickets in an innings of Ranji Trophy.

5. Sudarshan got a lifetime Sai Sudarshan was relieved on the third ball of the 48th over. Ben Stokes threw full length ball outside the leg stump. Sudarshan went to Flick, but the ball hit his bat and went to the wicketkeeper. Jamie Smith tried to catch the ball, but the ball was released from her hand. At the time of relief, Sudarshan was on a 20 -run score, he scored a fifty.

Sai Sudarshan played 61 runs.

6. Rishabh Pant retired after being injured India's wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant was injured in the 68th over. Chris Walks threw a slower yorker on the fourth ball of the over. Pant went to play a reverse sweep, but the ball rang on his bat and then on his shoes. England appealed for LBW, but the umpire made a note -out decision.

Pant pain was seen. The physio team came to the field to check it. Pant's pain did not subside, when he removed the shoe, his leg was swollen. He was then taken out in a stretcher van. He retired at a 37 -run score. He shared 72 for the fourth wicket with Sai Sudarshan.

Rishabh Pant made 37 runs retired.
