'RCB has a turn in the Bengaluru Bhagadod case': Tribunal said, the police have no magical power like Aladdin or control the crowd in such a short time.

The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), who is investigating the run -up in Bengaluru, said on Tuesday that Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) was responsible for the accident. After winning the IPL Trophy, the RCB organized the Victory Parade on June 4. Meanwhile, the Chinnaswamy stadium ran out of the stadium, killing 11 people and 75 injured.

CAT said that the police are not a god or magician. If the police are not given enough time to arrange, it cannot be expected to control the large crowd. The RCB did not seek police approval before the Victory Parade. Suddenly posted information on the social media platform, causing the crowd to gather. The franchise is responsible for gathering a crowd of 5 million people.

The tribunal further said that a program was also organized in the state assembly premises, where police were deployed. In such a situation, the police cannot be expected to make all the arrangements in 12 hours.

In fact, IPS officer Vikas Kumar challenged his suspension in the Bhagadod case. The CAT then issued a notice to the government and sought an answer from the state government. Tribunal on Tuesday canceled the suspension of development.

Tribunal said- Police do not have Aladdin's lamp

The Tribunal on Tuesday said the suspension was not based on solid evidence. Police officers have been suspended without any sufficient evidence or support. This order is canceled.

The state government said that RCB informed about the Victory Parade The government suspended 3 IPS officers under the All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1969 in the Bengaluru Nasal case. The ACP and PI were prosecuted under the Karnataka State Police Rules, 1965.

The state government said in the order that the RCB CEO informed the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner on June 3 that they would be a Victory Parade and celebration on June 4. The police commissioner's office could not respond to the organizers. Vijay Parade was not allowed to say that there was a lack of time for preparation for such a large program.

In addition to the Victory Parade on June 4, the players were honored in the state assembly.

IPS challenged the suspension on June 5

  • Vikas challenged the government's suspension order on June 5 in the tribunal, in which Bengaluru Police Commissioner B. Dayanand and DCP Shekhar H. The names of Tekknawar were also included.
  • Home Minister of State God said he would review the order and consult the next legal proceedings with the Chief Minister.
  • Judge B.K. The Bengaluru bench, led by Srivastava and administrative member Santosh Mehra, heard the case on June 24. After this the bench reserved the decision.

CAT was formed to reduce the burden on the court The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) has been set up to resolve the service disputes involving the employees of the Government of India. Their purpose is to resolve the disputes of government employees quickly, efficient and expertly, thereby reducing the burden on the court.

The tribunal has several benches across the country, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru. CAT decisions can be directly appealed to the High Court.
