RCB reached Bengaluru after winning IPL: deployment of thousands of people from airport to assembly, deputy CM met Kohli; Interview with CM in a few minutes

The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) team has reached Bengaluru. When the team reached the airport, the fans arrived in large numbers to welcome them. Meanwhile, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will meet the team from today.

The meeting will be held at a program in the Bengaluru assembly at 4 pm this evening. The team defeated Punjab Kings by 6 runs in the final on Tuesday and became the champion of IPL 2025.

Siddaramaiah congratulated

Many leaders, including Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shiv Kumar, congratulated him on the RCB's victory. CM Siddaramaiah wrote on X, congratulations to Royal Challengers Bangalore on the historic IPL win. Eventually the dream came true. In addition, he also wrote the viral slogan 'EE Sala Cup Namde' in Kannada language.

Siddaramaiah further wrote, from the superb performance to the unbelievable spirit, this win has brought pride for Karnataka and thrilled fans around the world.

Deputy Chief Minister Shiv Kumar also congratulated

Deputy CM DK Shiv Kumar also posted on Twitter and congratulated the RCB team. He wrote, “Congratulations to Royal Challengers Bengaluru for this unforgettable and historic victory. The spirit of 18 years of passion, loyalty and never defeat, all came together tonight. You have fulfilled the dream of every Kannadian. This is more than a victory.

RCB beat Punjab by 6 runs in the final

RCB has won its first title in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The team beat Punjab Kings (PBKs) by 6 runs in the final on Tuesday. With this, IPL got the 8th champion in the 18th season. While chasing a 191 -run target at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, PBKs could only score 184 runs.
