In the 41st match of IPL-18, Mumbai Indians (MI) beat Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 7 wickets. SRH scored 143 at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad. In reply, MI opener Rohit Sharma scored his Fifty in his second consecutive match and the team lost only 3 wickets in the 16th over.

Henrik Class hit a 107 meter long sixth. Rohit Sharma became the second Indian to score 12 thousand T20 runs. He also hit the most sixes for Mumbai.

Jasprit Bumrah equaled Lasith Malinga for the highest wicket in the IPL for Mumbai. He also completed his 300 wickets in T20 cricket.

1. Both teams descended on the field wearing a black bar

At the time of the toss, the two captains were wearing a black bar and landed.

In the Hyderabad-Mumbai match, captains, players and umpires of both teams came to the field wearing a black bar to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the Pahalgam in Kashmir. On Tuesday, April 22, terrorists killed 26 tourists in Pahalgam. No fireworks were fired on the field to express mourning and cheerleaders were not celebrated.
