Virat-Anushka in Hanuman Garhi
Virat Kohli and Anushka suddenly arrived in Ayodhya on Sunday and visited Hanuman Garhi.
Virat-Anushka's questions, answer to Mahant Sanjay Das
Virat: Why is Hanuman here? Mahant Hanuman Gandhi in Ram Kot area is the permanent residence of Shri Hanumanji. That is why it is said that “Ram Duare Tum Rakhwar”, that is, Hanuman is the gatekeeper of Lord Ram. He is the guard of Ayodhya. That is why they are called the king of Ayodhya.
Virat: How is Hanuman Mata Sita's first son? Mahant: In the Scriptures, Hanuman is known as the unique devotee of Lord Rama. He is also considered to be the son of mother Sita. According to religious beliefs, during the Ashwamedh Yagna, Lovkush was captured by Hanuman.
When Mother Sita heard the news, she said that you have imprisoned your older brother and our first son. When Sita saw Hanuman's devotion, service and dedication, he gave him love as a son. In folklore it has also been said that mother Sita blessed her 'son born of the mind'.
Hanumanji not only served Shriram, but also played an important role in protecting Mother Sita from every problem. This relationship became a spiritual son, not just service.
Virat: What is the importance of Ayodhya? Mahant: Ayodhya is not just a religious place but the soul of India. This is one of the Sapti puri. Where it is believed that a person gets salvation after death. This city is associated with the Tretayug. The main temples here include Ram Janmabhoomi, Kanak Bhavan and Hanuman Garhi. Every year millions of devotees come here to bathe in the river Saryu. The air here also experiences devotion and peace.
Virat: Where is Hanumangarhi? Mahant: The Hanumangarhi Temple is a wonderful example of architecture. It is believed that Hanuman lives in the cave here and protects Ram Nagar. This temple was built in the 18th century. Even today, it is operated with the help of local saints, priests and devotees.
Virat Kohli and Anushka visited the Hanumangarhi Temple.
Anushka: What is religion, how does peace come from? Mahant: Religion is not just worship but a way of living. The person gains peace of mind by adopting values such as truth, non -violence, kindness, service and forgiveness. Religion is a lamp that shows the path in darkness. When a person lives his life according to religion, his conscience is quiet.
Anushka: How to engage with spirituality in a busy lifestyle? Mahant: The spirit of discipline, restraint, faith and service is most essential in devotion. Spirituality is not just worship, but it is honesty, patience, and the spirit of serving others in life.

Say goodbye to Test cricket on May 12
Virat Kohli retired from Test cricket on May 12. Kohli wrote on Instagram, “I was wearing Begi Blue Jersey for the first time in Test cricket 14 years ago. In fact, I never imagined that this format would take me on such a trip. He tested me, identified me, and taught me the lessons that I would keep with me for the rest of my life.
Playing in a white jersey is a very special and personal experience for me. Hard, long days, small moments that no one sees, but they are always with you. As I am going away from this format, it's not easy, but currently it looks appropriate. I have dedicated my everything to this.
