Wonderful bowling wins Mumbai: Hyderabad team stopped at a low score in 39 dot balls, Jacks player of the match becomes

Mumbai Indians have won the second consecutive win in the IPL's 18th season. The team beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 4 wickets on Thursday. Will Jacks scored 36 runs and took 2 wickets. The MI had earlier defeated Delhi Capitals.

Mumbai chose to bowl at Wankhede Stadium. Hyderabad lost 162 for 5 against excellent bowling. Mumbai lost 6 wickets in 18.1 overs. Rohit Sharma scored 26, Ryan Ricklt 31 and Suryakumar Yadav scored 26. Captain Pet Cummins took 3 wickets from Hyderabad.

1. The Match of Player

Will Jacks, who bowled in the middle overs, gave up only 14 runs in 3 overs. He also sent Travis Head and Ishaan Kishan to the pavilion. Jax again showed his batting skills, he came to No. 3 and partnered with Suryakumar Yadav for fifty runs. Jacks scored 36 runs.

  • Rohit Sharma: Rohit gave the MI a quick start while chasing a 163 -run target. He hit 3 sixes, scored 26 runs fast and put Hyderabad on a backfoot.
  • Suryakumar Yadav: Surya, who was batting at number four, also batted fast. He scored 26 off 15 balls with 2 fours and 2 sixes. He also shared fifty runs with Jacks.
  • Jasprit Bumrah: Bumrah came to bowl in Powerplay's second spell and gave up only 21 runs in 4 overs. He also bowled to Henrik Klassen in the 19th over.

3. Fighter of the Match

Sunrisers captain Pet Cummins was the only player who was seen fighting the team. While batting, he scored 8 off 4 balls with one six and took the team to a score of more than 160. Cummins then took 3 wickets while bowling. He sent the pavilion to Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav and Will Jacks.

4. Turning points

Mi won the toss and chose the first bowling and bowled brilliantly. The team did not take any wickets in the powerplay, but stopped Hyderabad for only 46 runs. The bowling of Mumbai had only 2 overs with more than 20 runs. The team threw 39 dot balls and did not let Hyderabad score big.
