FC Barcelona vs. Leganés: Match Time and Where to Watch

FC Barcelona will return to La Liga action on Sunday, December 15, aiming to regain their form in the domestic league. Fresh off a thrilling 3-2 Champions League win over Borussia Dortmund, Barça will face Leganés at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium in Barcelona. The match is scheduled to kick off at 9:00 PM Spanish time and will be broadcast live on DAZN.

Despite their recent European success, Barcelona has struggled in La Liga. Since their 3-1 victory against Espanyol in the Barcelona derby, they have managed only five points from their last five league games. This includes losses to Real Sociedad and Las Palmas, along with draws against Celta Vigo and Real Betis. Their lone league win during this period came in a commanding 5-1 performance against Mallorca.

Leganés, meanwhile, are looking to make history by claiming their first-ever away win in Barcelona. They last defeated Barça at home in the 2018-2019 season. As for Barça, this match is crucial to build momentum ahead of their final league game of the year against Atlético Madrid.

Barça manager Hansi Flick, who will be absent from the bench for the remaining games of 2024 due to a suspension, may make some changes to his lineup. Fans will be eager to see if the Blaugranas can break their poor run in La Liga or if Leganés can pull off a stunning upset.

Will Barcelona bounce back, or will Leganés add to their troubles? All eyes will be on the Olympic Stadium this Sunday.
